The Euro Connect Team
Founded in 2013 in Sliven, Euro Connect began its history with classic Outbound Teleselling in Italian language, abetted by our Team’s desire to achieve success and very high IT skills.
In 2014 we opened our second office in Sofia, the Bulgarian capital. 500 sq. m. Call Center, a super reliable IT infrastructure and a fantastic Team have made some multinational companies choose us for their customer care and IT help desk services.
In 2019, abetted by the increasing number of Ecommerce owner customers, we divest the business unit that provided classic “call center” services and focus exclusively on customer care for ecommerce.
In 2021 we acquire a company that was providing services for amazon and internalize all the skills for what we like to call “unconventional marketing.”
Today Euroconnect is also present with branch offices in Romania and Albania, owns several ecommerce brands, assists more than 62 national and international shops and actively supports sales of 5 well-known brands on amazon, including with marketing automation solutions.
